Agents
Session states
Each agent session in the panel has one of four states.
A session is one run of an agent, for example one Claude Code process. The panel shows each session with its folder, its agent, its state and the time in that state.
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Working | The agent runs a prompt or a tool. |
| Waiting | The agent waits for a permission or for your input. |
| Done | The agent finished and waits for a new prompt. |
| Stopped | The session ended. It leaves the list. |
Sessions with no hooks
Widgetful also counts the claude processes that have no hooks. It shows them as unknown. Connect Claude Code to see their state.
When a session leaves the list
A session leaves the list when it stops. OpenCode sends no event when it quits. So, at each tick, Widgetful counts the processes of each agent. A done session of an agent with no running process leaves the list. Working and waiting sessions stay.
See Hook events for the event of each agent that sets each state.
